青岛大学预录取通知书申请流程

                                                              The procedures for Pre-admission Application 

                                                          （For Chinese Government Scholarship Applicants）

为保证中国政府奖学金优秀生源，根据中国政府奖学金申请惯例及我校实际情况，现制定青岛大学预录取通知书申请流程，如下：

Aiming to enroll more good students, according to the situation of Chinese government scholarship application, Qingdao University makes the procedure for Pre-admission Application as below:

语言生Language Students：

申请者本人将预录取通知书申请表（附件一）、外国留学生申请表（附件二）、有效护照复印件、最高学历证明通过邮件发送至青岛大学留学生办公室。邮箱：wangfang@qdu.edu.cn

Language students applicants, are required to submit a Pre-admission Application Form (see Attachment 1); Application form for Qingdao University(see Attachment 2); a copy of your passport; your highest diploma to date to the International Students Office of Qingdao University. Please email those requirements to: wangfang@qdu.edu.cn

硕博生Masters and Doctorate Degree seeking students：

 申请者本人将青岛大学预录取通知书申请表（附件一）、留学生申请表（附件二）、有效护照复印件、最高学历证明、最后学历阶段成绩单、两位副教授以上职称人员推荐信等学院要求的其他材料通过邮件发送至申请学院（或学科），由学院审核完成后统一将以上材料发送至青岛大学留学生办公室。邮箱：wangfang@qdu.edu.cn

Masters and Doctorate Degree Seeking Applicants, are required to submit a Pre-admission Application Form (see Attachment 1); Application form for Qingdao University(see Attachment 2); a copy of your passport; your highest diploma to date for Master Applicants this should be your Bachelor diploma and for Doctorate Degree applicants this should be your Master diploma ; Transcripts of your grades for Master Applicants this should be the transcript of Bachelor Degree and for Doctorate Degree applicants this should be the transcript of you Master degree , a recommendation letter from two associate professors and any other requirements needed by the specific study field/department you want to study at Qingdao University.

Your chosen department will afterwards transfer all the documents, after you complete the Pre-admission Application Form to The International Students Office of Qingdao University.
